About Me

Hi, I'm Jade Wilson. I am currently studying Special Effects Makeup for TV/Film at Bolton University and in my second year. Art has always been a great passion of mine, although I've never known which direction I wanted to use it. I took Art as a GCSE as well a Level 1 City and Guilds Hairdressing Course.

Once I graduate from university, I would love to use the skills I have gained to work in Industry as a special effects makeup practitioner. My skills include special effects makeup (Prosthetic), running foam latex, mould making, silicone running, sculpture and wig making/postiche. The degree will give me the expertise to work within all aspects of the industry.
